Our production processes follow predefined
quality procedures.
The workshop features mechanical, electrical and final control delimited
zones.
The manufacture process is performed by highly skilled engineers,
experienced in biomedical products.
Spare parts and consumables are available, on stock.
We use an efficient Computer Aided Management and Manufacturing System
to follow through production processes, stock and part sourcing.
Software programming -
custom design of the product :
The embedded software is custom programmed to be adapted to the client's
needs.
Alarms, delays, input - output signals, are configured according to
the final application.
The software is developed and tested on a PC, and then downloaded
in the apparatus (cf. photo).
Final control - Qualifications :
Final controls are completely ensured
in-house.
Isolators:
- Pressure and airflow measurement:
Electronic manometer and anemometer.
- Body seal test:
Ammonia and leak detector cloth.
- Air particle cleanliness measurement:
Optical particle counter.
